Witness the sacred rhythms of daily life, celebration, and transformation

Through these images and stories, we invite you to step into our world to witness the sacred rhythms of monastic life and the profound transformations that happen when young women are given the gift of education.
The entire nunnery comes alive with vibrant celebration. Our nuns prepare traditional dishes, create intricate butter sculptures, perform sacred dances (cham), and engage in special prayers to bless the coming year.
Each year, nuns from seven major institutes across India and Nepal gather for an intensive month long debate session both rigorous training and joyful reunion.
